SPORTPRINT was founded by Simon and Arielle Haythornthwaite in 2018 in Melbourne, driven by their struggle to find high-quality, genuinely customised teamwear for their children's basketball teams. While many companies claimed to offer custom teamwear, they simply provided a limited selection of designs with a few fabric options and poorly shaped patterns. Frustrated by this, Simon's design expertise and Arielle’s sourcing skills led them to create uniforms for their kids' teams. The response from other parents was overwhelmingly positive, as it allowed for fully tailored and ergonomically crafted uniforms. Word quickly spread, resulting in SPORTPRINT supplying numerous other local teams, clubs, and schools.
Since then, SPORTPRINT has developed a diverse range of eco-friendly teamwear for sports including soccer, basketball, rugby, surf lifesaving, and netball. They also provide off-field apparel such as tracksuits, polos, hoodies, hats, socks, and various sports balls. Additionally, they offer event equipment like tents, pop-up banners, and tension fabric banners, helping clubs and schools create a unified brand and team experience across all platforms.
SPORTPRINT holds certifications from BV and TÜV Rheinland and relies exclusively on EPSON printers and ink to deliver exceptional colour quality. With dedicated production and sales teams, they provide professional service and are fully committed to meeting their clients’ needs across New Zealand and Australia.
